The 7-step closed-loop process

Certified systems behind the process
The whole cycle runs under an ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system with HACCP controls, OSHAD-aligned workplace safety and approval from the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre. Routine internal and external audits keep the process honest.
How to store and handle 5 gallon bottles at home
- Keep bottles away from direct sunlight and heat — a cool, shaded corner is ideal in the UAE summer.
- Wipe the neck and cap before placing the bottle on the dispenser.
- Clean your dispenser reservoir and taps every 4–6 weeks.
- Use an opened bottle within two weeks for best taste.
- Return empties with the cap on so they stay clean until collection.
