1 Introduction
These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment process for purchases made through the website of Liwa Drinking Water Purification ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay
- Online Bank Transfers
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations
3 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
- Orders will not be confirmed or processed until full payment (or an agreed deposit) is received.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
4 Pricing and Taxes
- A 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) applies to all item prices, as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
5 Billing and Invoicing
- A detailed invoice will be provided for every transaction.
- If you require a company invoice (with VAT details), please ensure accurate billing information is provided at the time of checkout.

7 Payment Security
- We use secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information.
- Liwa Drinking Water Purification does not store any credit card or banking information on its servers.
8 Cancellations and Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Happiness Centre at 80053973 with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Refund Method:
- If payment was made via credit or debit card, any approved refund will be credited to the original card used.
- Refunds will be processed within 45 to 60 working days.
Please note: A 5% VAT and a 1.5% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Coupons:
- Refunds are not provided for purchased coupons.
- Coupons are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
E-Wallet Refunds:
- Partial refunds on E-Wallet balances are not allowed.
- E-Wallet balances are valid for one year from the top-up date.
- E-Wallet balances cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

9 Failed Transactions
- If your payment fails, please retry or contact our customer support team.
- Orders with failed or incomplete payments will not be processed or delivered.
